Two U.S. Border Patrol agents were sentenced to prison terms of 11 years and 12 years for shooting a drug-smuggling suspect in the buttocks as he fled across the U.S.-Mexico border.

U.S. District Court Judge Kathleen Cardone in El Paso, Texas, sentenced Jose Alonso Compean to 12 years in prison and Ignacio Ramos to 11 years and one day despite a plea by their attorney for a new trial after three jurors said they were coerced into voting guilty in the case, the Washington Times reported.

ETHIOPIAN ARMY HANDS ISLAMIST DEFEAT

One is that Sudan fell to the Islamist and Mogadishu became a haven for terrorist training. The second is Ethiopia, a Christian nation, was attacked by the Islamist Council to bring down this nation.

BUT, for the past year, we have had trainers in Ethiopia and thank God. The Ethiopian Army defeated the Islamist and pushed them back to Sudan. But even more than that, the Ethiopian Army is now in the Capital and bringing back stability while the Muslims run to the south as the cowards they are.

Prime Minister Meles said "Some 2,000 to 3,000 fighters of the terrorist group and their backers have been killed while some 4,000 to 5,000 others have been wounded. The extremist leadership shall be responsible for all the damage that has occurred. We need to pursue them to make sure that they do not establish themselves again and destabilize Somalia and the region," predicting it would take a few weeks longer.

They American say you are isolated in what they call the international community. But we say that you the Americans have been isolated and not us. Today the world hates the US and its policies. If they want to know who is isolated, I suggest, the holding of a referendum in the Islamic world to gauge the rate of popularity of our president and that of the US. Today most of the nations and even governments hate the US although their interests do not permit them to mention public this hatred. (This has to be the stupidest statement yet. Yeah, lets take an Islamic Poll on which President is liked more, The American one or the Iranian one! And if you Islamist don't vote the right way, you die.)

The US accuses the Islamic Republic of violating human rights.

This one is really funny. Imagine the US calling itself the flag bearer of human rights. The perpetrators of the atomic holocaust of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and the torturers of Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib, calling themselves defenders of human rights! The Americans accuse Iran of being the violator of human rights, but it is clear that US itself is the worst violator of human rights. Today the US is a threat to world peace and security.

Therefore the slogan of "Down with the US" is not restricted to the Iranian nation. You see that in every part of the world people set fire to the effigy of the US president and vociferously denounce the US. Here I would like to say something about what the world media’s propaganda on negotiations with the US and then we will turn to the nuclear issue. It should be clearly said that we announced from the very beginning that Iran will never talk to the US."

SO WTF DID JIM BAKKER SAY IN THAT INSANE IRAQ REPORT? WE MUST TALK TO IRAN???? They don’t get it and, sorely, they are politicians of the old world and really do not understand that the march of Islam has no desire to talk. When will this country actually listen to what the Madman is saying? Do you not see the parallel to WWII?

As a side note to all of this dangerous nonsense both here and there is this: Iran has arrested all Professors in their Colleges and Universities that did not agree with the Madman.

The New Middle East

This picture depicts what Iran will look like if we pull out of Iraq. Remember, Iraq was the only buffer for a complete Shia dominated Middle East. If the RED occurs, Iran will control all oil in and out out of the middle east not to mention the following next two objectives:

1. Destroy Israel

2. Destroy Saudi (Sunnis) and thereby own all Middle Eastern oil.

At one time, this may not have been too much of a disaster since we also import much of our oil from Venezuela. However, as you hopefully have noticed, Iran's Madman Jihad Prez and Chavez have entered into a "pact" so once number 2 above is achieved, I suspect Chavez cuts oil sales to the United States thereby hurting us just not economically but militarily.

You may say Venezeula will not do that as they need the dollar for their own economy. Again, what American news media is NOT telling you is China is purchasing all its oil from two countries: Iran and Venezeula. AND, Venezeula is receving Euros for its oil striving toward its secondary goal of this pact....destroy the dollar and replace it with the Euro as the dominant world currency. A three front attack is on against the U.S. and not a peep from our media.

Nuff said. Figure it out.

Proof came from a poll conducted for Investor's Business Daily last week and is being buttressed by several movies and television presentations in advance of the upcoming fifth anniversary of the Sept.11 terror attacks.

The Investors Business Daily poll found: A majority of Americans, 51 percent, believe that "militant Islamism is no less a threat in the 21st century than Nazism, fascism and communism were in the 20th century," 63 percent are "very concerned" about the desire of Islamo-fascists to establish a worldwide Muslim rule, and 58 percent doubt that diplomacy or negotiation will work in dealing with Islamic fascists.

And Americans are now most aware of the Iranian role in promoting fascism: 58 percent in the poll think Iran is now the "main promoter of Islamic fascism in the Middle East," and 76 percent believe Iran must be prevented from obtaining nuclear weapons "at any cost."

To be sure, I don’t have any love at this particular moment in my life for any damn politician. As far as I am concerned they're now all about themselves and NOT for us, the people!!

But to understand why we are where we are today with Terrorism, we need to understand what happened yesterday.

To also understand the beginning of modern Terrorism, one only has to go back to Jimmy Carter’s Presidency. However, today we want to understand how we got where we are in recent history so let’s start with….

William Jefferson Clinton who becomes President January 21, 1993. He claims during his Administration, the U.S. enjoyed more peace and economic well being than at any time in its history. Of course, in hindsight, we now know most of the economic well being was the internet bubble. We also now know from history that while peace was enjoyed in country, there was far from peace elsewhere in the world as depicted below. And, worst of all, from Clinton's inaction to do the “hard work”, 9/11 which did not happen on his watch had certainly occurred because OF his watch. Let’s examine the facts.

CIA
Upon taking power in 1993, the Clinton administration "began slashing the intelligence budget in search of a peace dividend, and Bill Clinton showed almost no interest in intelligence matters." One statement made "Thanks to Vice President Al Gore, for example, the CIA briefly made the global environment one of is priorities." (And I am sure Gore’s Movie “An Inconvenient Truth” is much more important than today’s geopolitical nightmare. Truthfully though, finding Gore’s name attached to a movie with the word “truth” in it, is almost too funny to bear considering he flies around in his personal jet for appearances while claiming global warming is the worst threat the world is facing.)

WORLD TRADE CENTER
But I digress. In February 1993, the World Trade Center was bombed by Muslim fanatics, killing five people and injuring hundreds. Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke (National Security Council Terrorism Czar), did nothing.

SOMALIA
In October 1993, 18 American troops were killed in a savage firefight in Somalia. The body of one American was dragged through the streets of Mogadishu as the Somalian hordes cheered. US Defense Secretary Les Aspin denies requests for armored reinforcements, despite support for Montgomery's request from General Colin Powell. It’s a military disaster that sets the course for 9/11 as Osama states that at this moment he realized America was a paper tiger.

NORTH KOREA
In 1994 Carter visits, Kim Il-Sung of North Korea at the behest of Clinton to propose the North freeze its nuclear program on condition that it receive lightwater reactors which could be monitored more easily by the outside world. This proposal eventually led to a landmark agreement in October 1994 in Geneva, under which North Korea agreed to freeze its nuclear program in exchange for two light-water reactors and fuel from the West. President Clinton agrees. Carter returned to Seoul from Pyongyang with a proposal from Kim Il-Sung to hold an inter-Korean summit, but the summit was cancelled by the sudden death of Kim Il-Sung from a heart attack on July 8, 1994. Kim Il-Sung was succeeded by his eldest son, Kim Jong-Il and today, this whacko who is a daffy duck fan (no kidding) has nuclear weapons in part due to the light water reactors given to them by the United States.

SAUDI ARABIA
In November 1995, five Americans were killed and 30 wounded by a car bomb in Saudi Arabia set by Muslim extremists. After the attack, Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke, did nothing.

DECLARATION OF WAR
In 1996, Osama Bin Laden holds a press conference convienently missed by the West’s media and he declares war on the United States.

SAUDIA ARABIA
In June 1996, a U.S. Air Force housing complex in Saudi Arabia was bombed by Muslim extremists. After the attack, Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke, did nothing.

IRAQ
In November 1997, Iraq refused to allow U.N. weapons inspections to do their jobs and threatened to shoot down a U.S. U-2 spy plane. Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke, did nothing.

SUDAN
Mansoor Ijaz, who negotiated with Sudan on behalf of Clinton from 1996 to 1998, paints a portrait of a White House plagued by incompetence, focused on appearances rather than action, and heedless of profound threats to national security. Ijaz also claims Clinton passed on an opportunity to have Osama bin Laden arrested.

Sudanese President Omar Hassan Ahmed Bashir, hoping to have terrorism sanctions lifted, offered the arrest and extradition of bin Laden and "detailed intelligence data about the global networks constructed by Egypt's Islamic Jihad, Iran's Hezbollah and the Palestinian Hamas,” Ijaz writes in the Los Angeles Times.

These networks included the two hijackers who would later pilot jetliners into the World Trade Center. But Clinton, National Security Adviser Samuel "Sandy” Berger and Madeline Albright, Secretary of State, failed to act.

Back then Clinton said in a Feb. 2002 speech to a New York business group, "We'd been hearing that the Sudanese wanted America to start dealing with them again. They released him. At the time, 1996, he had committed no crime against America so I did not bring him here because we had no basis on which to hold him, though we knew he wanted to commit crimes against America."

Today the Clintonites claim this is false information proliferated by the Conservatives. Really? And this is the crux of Clinton and why he was impeached. He is a liar.

The Sudan Government DID offer Osama Bin Laden to Clinton. Hear it in Clinton's own words!!! And then scratch your head and wonder.

Tim Carny, the last U.S. Ambassador to Sudan, whose posting ended in 1997, stated the Sudanese Government were opening the doors, and we weren't taking them up on it. Letters and memorandums that document approaches made by Sudanese intelligence officials and other emissaries to members of the Clinton administration to share information about many of the 22 terrorists on the government's most-wanted list, including Osama bin Laden go unheeded. Madam Albright, Secretary of State, will not allow the acceptance of this information.

In Tim's own words, "The U.S. failed to reciprocate Sudan's willingness to engage us on some serious questions of terrorism. We can speculate that this failure had serious implications at least for what happened at the U.S. Embassies in 1998. In any case, the U.S. lost access to a mine of material on bin Laden and his organization." Carney stated, “It was worse than a crime. It was a fuckup."

IRAQ BUT CLINTON CAPITULATES TO THE U.N.
In February 1998, Clinton threatened to bomb Iraq, but called it off when the United Nations said no.

AMERICAN EMBASSIES (KENYA AND TANZANIA)
On Aug. 7, 1998, U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania were bombed by Muslim extremists. If we had taken custody of the documents offered by the Sudanese Government earlier, strong evidence sugggests this could have been avoided. After the attack, Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke, did nothing.

AFGHANISTAN
On Aug. 20, 1998 Monica Lewinsky appeared for the second time to testify before the grand jury. Clinton responded by bombing Afghanistan and Sudan, severely damaging a camel and an aspirin factory. Not reported at the time, but now realized, this becomes a draw for recruitment into Al Qaida.

IRAQ
On Dec. 16, 1998 the House of Representatives prepared to impeach Clinton the next day. Clinton retaliated by ordering major air strikes against Iraq, described by the New York Times as "by far the largest military action in Iraq since the end of the Gulf War in 1991." I wonder why The Times did not reveal Clinton's plans prior to this attack? Under the Bush Administration, The Times prints it all! Could it be their politics and agenda are above honor and America?

KOSOVO
The only time Clinton decided to go to war with anyone in the vicinity of Muslim fanatics was in 1999 – when Clinton attacked Serbians who were fighting Islamic fanatics. The problem is, Clinton is on the wrong side. He supported the fanatics. He puts no boots on the ground but rather uses airstrikes only. Thousands of civilians die, hundreds of thousands displaced and not reported by the American Press. However, it is reported by the Canadian Press.

IRAN
Beginning in February 2000, the CIA recruited a Russian scientist who had defected to the US years earlier. USS COLE
In October 2000, our warship, the USS Cole, was attacked by Muslim extremists. Seventeen dead and 30 wounded. After the attack, Clinton, advised by Dick Clarke, did nothing.

SECRETARY OF DEFENSE
What of William Cohen, the Secretary of Defense, during all of this? As the Secretary of Defense in President Clinton's administration, William S. Cohen led the Defense Department efforts to counter terrorism. During Cohen's tenure, the United States was targeted by Osama bin Laden and the Al Qaeda network in the bombing of U.S. Embassies in Tanzania and Kenya, and the attempt to destroy the U.S.S. Cole. Cohen was a key player on the national security team that decided to send a one million dollara missile up the ass of a camel in Afghanistan and and to bomb an Aspirin plant in Sudan. I think my stock in Bayer went up after that brilliant military action.

ESCHELON AND NSA

Truth is, during the 1990s, President Bill Clinton ordered the National Security Agency to use its super-secret Echelon surveillance program to monitor the personal telephone calls and private email of employees who worked for foreign companies in a bid to boost U.S. trade.

In 2000, former Clinton CIA director James Woolsey set off a firestorm of protest in Europe when he told the French newspaper Le Figaro that he was ordered by Clinton in 1993 to transform Echelon into a tool for gathering economic intelligence. Of course, this was never reported by the American Press. Cannot have the American citizens understand that a super secret tool to spy on conversations of enemies is to be converted into an economic tool for ... whose benefit?

Former Clinton administration State Department official Harold Hongju Koh, who is now Dean of Yale Law School, told Specter’s committee that the NSA spying was “as blatantly illegal a program as I’ve seen.” I must be missing something. Hmmmm, ok for Bill. Illegal for George. Nope…still don’t see it. Can it be the hypocrisy is so thick from these Clintonites, I cannot see the common sense here?

DESTROY THAT EVIDENCE
Sandy Berger, Clinton’s National Security Advisor, (remember him?) destroyed top secret terrorism documents in a bid to obstruct the 9/11 Commission investigation. Brokaw asked President Clinton about it and this is what Clinton said:

"And he (Sandy) told me just what he said to the public." He said, "You know, I just messed this up." Aw Shucks, Sandy...stealing Top Secret documents is just a mess up, I know. No problem. Better luck next time.

Clinton then told Brokaw, “And this — apparently this document in question was an after review of our efforts to thwart terrorist attacks in the millennium, which were extremely successful. So there doesn't seem to be anything suspect to me about it.” OH MY GOD! Please! Pass the aspirin now that the factory is rebuilt!! Okay order me a cake of ‘I am a dumb ass public’!!!! If this document proved how successful you were (which I have shown you were not), then WHY IS BERGER STEALING IT??????

In June, two months after Berger pled guilty to what some say is the most serious crime ever committed by a senior White House official , can anyone tell me what punishment he got? Anything in newspapers? TV? Anywhere? Nope. Rather, the American Press tells us the worst crime ever was the outting of Valerie “Whomever” who wasn’t really even an undercover CIA agent!!

Now we know about yesterday’s 12 years under Clinton which brings us to today and should now be pretty clear why we are where we are:

September 11, 2001, under a new watch, The Bush Administration, nine months into its reign, America is attacked and close to 3000 Americans die. Since 1993, the Muslim fanatics had been escalating their attacks, had declared war on the United States, had bombed U.S. Embassies (an act of war), had bombed a U.S. Navy Ship (also a certain act of war) had planned the 9/11 attack and Clinton did....well, nothing really.

But hey, Bill wrote a book and made millions. Hillary wrote a book and made millions. Dick Clarke testifies before Congress and blames Bush for 9/11, writes a book, sells the rights to Hollywood for an upcoming movie and makes millions. So, hell, they did do something after all, didn't they?

Been awhile since I posted. Damn, time flies.

FIRST, GOOD NEWS for ZARQAWI…he is dead and now a Martyr. BAD NEWS is the virgins are not real virgins…they are Lesbians!! Damnit!!! I also heard it’s hot as hell where he is right now.

I HAVE been wondering lately about the “We found no WMD’s in Iraq” ad naseum statements made by Democrats. And I wondered this: How could that be? We knew for a fact he had Chemical WMDs and used them on Iranians during his war with them. Hell, we supplied it to him!! We knew for a fact he used it on the Kurds. So with four months prior to the runup of the war he knew was coming, when Bagdad falls, NONE are found!!? Again, it is a FACT he had Chemical weapons. Where did they go? So if they disappeared, what else did? Does anyone remember the truck convoys at night going from Iraq to Syria?

LATELY I have also been thinking about mystical stuff. For example, in every movie about demons and exorcism, the hero goes to the Catholic Church. So I did some research and checked on real paranormal “experts” and a new field called “demonology” and discovered that after these people go to a “haunted” house and cannot help the inflicted, they then compile evidence via recordings and video and guess where they go? To the Catholic Church for permission to get a Priest to perform an exorcism!! They don’t go to Bennie Hine, Pat Robertson or any evangelists. Why is that?

I WAS also reading about NDE’s (Near Death Experiences) and those people keep talking about how they saw a white light…a tunnel that led to a white light and how it felt ok…peaceful. And then I remembered a passage from the Bible where Jesus said, “"I am the light of the world, he who follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” The point is he was talking about himself as being the “light”. So those people who had NDE’s what was the white light?

THEN Sunni Arabs stopped a bus in Iraq recently, separated the Sunni’s from the Shiites and executed the Shiites who were nothing more than kids going to school. Those Sunni’s said “In the name of Islam, we will dig you a mass grave.” And I thought how very thoughtful and kind this religion is. I then went to the New Testament and looked for any time where Jesus said he would kill you and dig you a grave or anything like that. Not there. I wonder why?

I was embarrased for the Democrats at King’s funeral.  The opportunity to politicize even a funeral cannot be left alone.

Lowery said "We know there were no weapons of mass destruction over there, but Coretta knew and we knew there are weapons of misdirection right down here."

Sounds cute but he knows and the press has ignored this .  Something I have said all along.  Giving Saddam four months notice we are coming was stupid.

Jimmy Carter, a democrat, after railing about all the good stuff he did around the world (thought he was there to honor Coretta), then says "It was difficult for them then personally with the civil liberties of both husband and wife violated as they became the target of secret government wiretaps."  A wild cheer from the crowd at the funeral erupts. Obviously this message was aimed at Bush about the secret tapping occurring now.

No wonder he was one of the worst President in our history (inflation at 21 percent, unemployment at ____,  gas lines, stopped support for the Shah of Iran which was as democratic as the Middle East got at that time thus allowing the FIRST Alloytoya Khomeni into power that led to the Iran hostages, failed and fatal rescue attempt by piss poor planning and a failed presidency), SO HEY, JIMMY..IN CASE YOU FORGOT, IT WAS YOUR PARTY THAT WIRE TAPPED MARTIN LUTHER KING SECRETLY!!!

IS ISLAM A REAL RELGION?

The Muslim rioting throughout Europe and the Middle East lately has piqued my curorsity about Muhammad the Prophet. The more I read the more I wondered about the “Founder” of Islam and, thus, Islam’s authenticity. After all, anyone can proclaim they have been called by God but it’s the actions thereafter that provide the testament to whether or not that “calling” may have occurred or not or so it seems to me.

At the risk of offending a billion or so Muslims practicing Islam, I am seriously curious why a Muslim would think Muhammad was a prophet. From my readings, the background of Muhammad is suspect. There seems to be no doubt he believed he had a calling from God but what God?

On his journeys to Syria and Palestine he became acquainted with Jews and Christians, and acquired an imperfect knowledge of their religion and traditions. Initially, he was a kind man, addicted to prayer and fasting, and was subject to epileptic fits. In his fortieth year (A.D. 612), he claimed to have received a call from the Angel Gabriel, and thus began his active career as the prophet of Allah and the apostle of Arabia.

By his preaching and his attack on heathenism, Mohammed was driven from Mecca to Medina in 622 A.D. At Medina he was recognized as the prophet of God, and his followers increased. He took the field against his enemies, conquered several Arabian, Jewish, and Christian tribes, entered Mecca in triumph in 630, demolished the idols of the Kaaba, became master of Arabia, and finally united all the tribes under one emblem and one religion. In 632 he made his last pilgrimage to Mecca at the head of forty thousand followers, and soon after his return died of a violent fever at 63 years of age. He was buried in a hole and there he remained.

Whereas the Christians have had a Bible from the beginning, Islam didn’t and doesn’t have an original Qur’an. It was made up supposedly from “memory” and a few scraps found under a bed. This was about 150-200 years after Mohammed died.

The word “Islam” does not mean “peace”. It’s a religion of peace”, the news media keeps shouting. But Islam means “submission” not peace. That is a big difference. And from the face of Islam I see today (since no Iman I have seen or heard denounces a damn thing being done by bombers), Islam seems to be a religion of intimidation, fear and murder.

Whereas the “Radicals of Islam” today are killing those of us who disagree with their philosophy on life, so did Muhammad. He killed his enemies and all those who disagreed with him (Sura 9:5).

He also appeared to be a hypocrite. From an Islam site, they state about 1400 years ago, Muhammad said in part….. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly.

However, he commanded his adopted son to divorce his wife so that she would become his. (Sura 33:36-38)

And it goes on. The face of Islam we see today seems to mirror Muhammah’s philosphy.

I recently read: Christians & Jewish martyrs say; "I will die for what I believe".
A Muslim martyr says; "Yu will die for what I believe"....

So I ask in all seriousness, why does a Muslim belive Muhammah to be a prophet? And if he wasn’t, then what does that make Islam?

Do you know about these?  If not, you should.  RSS allows me to bring the web news to me rather than having a ton of “favorite” sites in IE or on my desktop.  There are a lot of RSS readers out there but my favorite is FeedDemon.

Podcasting is your own personal radio station.  There are many podcasting programs but my favorite is, again, FeedDemon.  What we have here is an mp3 file that is recorded in any subject that you are interested in.  You can download the mp3 file and listen to it on your computer at your leisure OR you can download it and transfer it to your ipod or any other digital audio player (DAP) and listen to it in your car while stuck in traffic.  Now, traffic is not a bother any more as I have something worth listening to.

My setup works like this:  I have FeedDemon go out to my subscribed sites daily then later that day I read up on my subjects or wait to the weekend and with a cup of “joe”, read my “weekend paper”.

For radio, I have FeedDemon go out and download the podcasts shows that interest me, then with Windows Media Player sync to my DAP and transfer the shows.  I plug my DAP into an adaptor that uses my cigarette lighter plug and listen to MY radio shows of interest rather than the morning deejays.  As I said, now traffic doesn’t really bother me much anymore.

So there it is briefly.  There is much more to all of this, of course, but if you are not using these, you should.   Believe me the more you get into this the more exciting the possibilities of this technology become clear to you.

The phrase I have now heard for 30 years and have come to despise is “Peace in the Middle East.” I am 52 years old and have heard this nonsense since President Carter. I ask you, is there yet peace in the Middle East?

Now with the Iran going Nuclear (and make no mistake about it, they are), the moniker, “Peace in the Middle East” is over. If the West allows Iran to go Nuclear, I fear the only slogan we shall be ranting in the future is “No more war!” which is exactly what the Mullahs want to hear from the west.

Iran knows the UN is impotent. Iran knows Russia is up to their neck in their nuclear program thus Russia now interjecting some stupid deal about making nuclear power in Russia then ship it back to Iran. If anyone believes this, you really drank to much in the past and thus killed far too many brain cells or you are just not understanding the chess game under way. And right now, the knights, bishops and castles are moving rapidly toward the West. Once Iran is “nuked”, they will strike with that Queen.

And what will the West and/or Europe do when Iran nukes Isarel? First, it is too late for all those people. Second, it is too late to put the genie back in the bottle. Third, the mantra “Peace in the Middle East” will be forever silent.

America Hangs in the Balance

How? Simply put, our airline transportation system. Some four years after 9/11, the TSA still does NOT check what goes UNDER the airplane where you sit. In other words, the cargo area. Four years after 9/11, the TSA still strip searches grandma and lets Abdulla Abdulla walk right on the plane. And now, the TSA has decided scissors, knives and such are again OK to bring onboard planes.

Believe me, one more plane goes down and our Airline industry is in the can. That leads to airline layoffs and snowballs to businesses, then to their employee layoffs, then to more businesses that cater to businesses that cater to airlines, then to businesses that need the airlines to DO business, then more employee layoffs and more and more and downward cycle begins leading to recession and possibly worst.

Can anyone tell me what the hell our government is doing to "really" protect its citizens per its duty as defined in the Constitution?

Interesting how I cannot find any news from our American Media about the Muslims rioting in FRANCE. Also interesting is how the BBC is calling them "youths". This isn't just a little riot. And one would think it was Parisians rioting by reading the BBC. Not true. These are MUSLIM YOUTHS. As many as 69 cars were reportedly set on fire in nine towns in the Seine-Saint-Denis region. A police union spokesman says a Paris suburb is seeing 'civil war." As of this writing, Paris is on its SIXTH night of riots or maybe the beginning of Jihad to overthrow France!! Think that is out of the question? Then remember the document intercepted that detailed the global STRATEGY of these jihadist schmucks and then maybe you will understand we are indeed in a world war.

In INDONESIA, there is this: Hundreds of security forces patrolled tense streets in the Indonesian province of central Sulawesi yesterday to prevent revenge attacks after assailants wearing black veils beheaded three Christian schoolgirls and seriously wounded a fourth. National police spokesman Major-General Aryanto Budihardjo said the murders were carried out by "terrorists" seeking to destabilise the area, which has long been plagued by violence between Muslims and Christians. He said it was no coincidence the attack occurred just days before the biggest holiday on the Islamic calendar.

Harry Potter May Save Our Children!

With our saturated world of xbox, ps2, ds video machines and video games...with cartoon networks and kids tv programs all over cable, with school, homework, playtime (if any)...when do they read? When a Harry Potter book comes out. Now I know the Pope wrote a note (before he was the Pope) and worries about Harry Potter and the message. Please, lighten up. As if Harry is undermining Chrisitianity. I would really think he should worry more about Islam than Harry.

So were the kids who watched and adored Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs harmed because of the witch? And the Wizard of Oz? And? And? And? Get the point? It is fantasy, imagination, and kids intuitively know this. Trust me....reading a Harry Potter book or watching one of the movies will not make your kid a devil worshipper. Rather, just might make your kid a reader. And readers are leaders!

Islamic Terrorism Roots

In the beginning was the word...oh wait, that is Christianity...I want to talk about Islamic Terrorism. Ok...readjusted now. In the beginning was the Muslim Brotherhood, the seminal group for Islamic Terrorism founded in 1928 in Egypt. Their slogan was The Quran is our constitution. This organization is the mother of all the Islamic movements we see today. Their leading author, for lack of a better word, was Sayyid Qutb who, while jailed in Egypt, wrote books that established the foundation for the Salafi jihadist movement. The Salafists, also known as Salafis, are Islamic fundamentalists who believe that Islam should be restored to its most pure origins as written in the Quran. The majority of Salafists are not violent. Salafist jihadism is the name European counterterrorism officials have given to the prevailing ideology that inspires Al Qaeda and other Islamic radicals in Europe and elsewhere. UBL flows from this river.

Now with the fastest growing religion on the Eurpoean Continent today being Islam; combine that with the EU's borderless union and America has yet another problem. Under the Visa Waiver Program, which allows citizens and permanent residents of most European countries to travel to the U.S. basically unrestricted, terrorists can easily and legally enter the United States. Names you might recognize from past news...Richard Reid, the shoe bomber on the plane, and Zacrias Moussaoui, a jailed 9/11 co-conspirator, came into America under this program.

And with the Southern Flank a virtual sieve...in fact so much so that Al Jazeera T.V. is going to Mexico to make a documentary about how easy it is to get into the U.S. from Mexico, and America has a real problem that no one ...absolutely not one damn elected official will address.

I say to you now...the blood of the next attack on America is on their heads!!

Today the Supreme Court, in a vote of 5 to 4, ruled that the government can take your home away if it deems appropriate. What is appropriate....well, let's see. If enough money changes hands from a developer to the city government, then the government can take your house and demolish it so a shopping center or a hotel can go up. What the hell is going on? Oh I know...Americans are too busy watching Desparate Housewives to give a shit about the government encroaching upon their rights.

FAT, DUMB AND DEAD!

America has had only a few catastrophic events in recent history that some remember or some have read about. The two most prominent are Pearl Harbor and what we now call 9/11.

I fear, though, that many Americans have either forgotten 9/11 or believe it was some kind of a fluke and cannot ever happen again therefore are fat, dumb and happy. How wrong you are if you believe that some event equal to or worst than 9/11 can never occur again.

Unfortunately, too many Americans are fat, dumb and ignorant. They watch Desperate Housewives and other dumb shows (I don’t even know what’s on regular TV channels anymore). They get their news from ABC, NBC or CBS and think they are informed. They go to work, the come home, they watch TV and they go to bed. They are not bad people. Just people who will be shocked at the next catastrophic attack on America and they will wonder how it could happen.

There are forces moving now that taken alone, I doubt could take down this country. However, they are not moving alone. In fact, I believe they are converging intentionally with the destruction of America as the goal. Yes, I know...I can hear you now. “Don’t be so melodramatic!” Ok...but I am willing to bet prior to 9/11, you never thought in your wildest dreams anything such thing like that could occur. But it did, right? And so it will again. Pay attention and you will hear authoritative persons not saying IF America is attacked. Nope. They are saying....When!!

Who or what are these forces? Of course, Islamic Terrorists are all the ragein the news. But what ABC, NBC and CBS don’t bother to cover are Iran, China,Russia, Saudi Arabia, North Korea and much of Latin America. Wow, you say....some of these countries are our friends, right? Wrong!! And if you don’t believe it, just pay attention over the course of the next 5 years.

To understand how these forces are converging, we must first go back to President Jimmy Carter who on September 7, 1977, signed the Panama Canal Treaty and Neutrality Treaty promising to give control of the canal to the Panamanians by the year 2000. What the hell was he thinking?! We built it and that is the 51 mile shortcut we need to get War ships and Commercial ships from the East Coast to the West Coast and vice versa quickly.

In 1997, the Hong Kong-based Hutchinson Whampoa company bought port facilities on BOTH the Atlantic and Pacific sides of the canal. Some say this company is a front for the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. Of course, this is denied by Whampoa.

What is not in contention is that in time of conflict, you can bet the Communist Chinese now have the ability to shut the canal on and off at will and that in light of recent Chinese military expansion in Ships, Submarines and bases all throughout Latin America makes for one of the three forces rising against America.

Iran is seeking nukes. North Korea says they have them. Anyone who follows the geopolitical theater knows Iran has no love for America. Any rational mind must ask why does Iran want nukes? It isn’t likely that anyone is going to attack them. One should also ask why does North Korea want nukes? Both countries do not like us, make no mistake about that and once they have nukes, do not be surprised if they use them. I can hear you now...no way! Was 9/11 possible in your mind in 2000? I bet not. So don’t bet that these nations won’t use them!

Russia’s leader Putin is the ex-KGB Chief. Of late, he has put “his” people in charge of governorships throughout Russia; has shut down any free press; and now is attacking religion. Sound familiar? Of course. Communism at its finest. Also, he has been supplying scientist to Iran. Why? Please. To help with their nuke program obviously.

Saudi Arabia is a joke. Every Friday (which is our Sunday) in every Mosque they preach hate toward not just Jews but also Christians. How many Saudi’s were involved in 9/11? Most. Did you know many, many Insurgents in Iraq currently are Saudis? True. So don’t believe for a minute they are our friends.

And now for the most distrubing facts. Latin America...right here in our backyard. Mexico, Venezula, Chile, Columbia all are seeing a rise in Muslim Extremism. Hell, in Panama there are whole Muslim Communities now. Money is flowing into these poor countries from Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria and they are setting up businesses, Mosques, Charities and helping the poor all the while spreading hate toward America. And with our pourous Southern flank called the Mexican border, they are moving Isalmist into our country illegally. This is a known fact and one no one wants to confront all in the name of PC (Political Correctness which will get us all killed). If one doesn’t start calling a spade a spade..then my friends...you and your children will be fat, dumb but not happy. Rather...you will be dead because make no mistake about it....that is the goal of many nations in the world today. America must die. One world religion and government must rule. And it won’t be Christianity, Buddism, Hinduism.

WHERE DID MY PRESIDENT GO?

What did I miss? The last I knew, President Bush claimed to be a conservation Republican. However, the things he has and "hasn't" been doing lately reflect quite the opposite. What's that old saying? Watch what he does, not what he says. Well, watching Bush lately has been rather disturbing at least and derelict at best.

Bush continually says he and Putin are buddies. He says he has looked into Putin's heart and sees a good man. What??!! Putin has placed "his" people (xKGB) in positions of power; has crushed some of the so-called free press; and now, has gone after religion in some areas of Russia. In short, he is solidifying his power as a dictator.

Where is the border security on our Souther Flank known as Mexico? It is totally non-existent. I know this for a fact as I live here and cross the border occasionally. I watch as the Border Patrol Agents wave us on, quick glance our ID and send us into the U.S. Anyone who hasn't had their head up their a*s lately knows that Al-Quaida is in Mexico spreading cash and corruption for a blind eye as they move people illegally into our country. What is Bush doing about this? Telling us Vincente Fox, who published a pamphlet on how best to sneak into the U.S,. is a great friend.

Clinton outsourced jobs overseas with NAFTA. Now Bush wants to send jobs to Central America with CAFTA. And, add Bush's amnesty program for the illegals and we have jobs gone in every sector. Now, this may not affect you now but it might in the future. In my company, we are already outsourcing to Singapore. And I can certainly guarantee, this outsourcing will affect your kids.

Over my years, it has been a constant that Democrats expand government and Republicans reduce goverment. Not now. Bush has expanded the government more than at any time in the past 50 years. He must be a Democan; half Democrat and half Republican.

Is the Bush Administration paying any attention to the Chinese military buildup? The Chinese espionage occurring in our country? The Chinese move into Latin America with financial aid and military bases? The fact that a Chinese company can close the Panama Canal at will? If his administration is paying attention to these disturbing occurrences, I certainly do not see it.

So tell me, where did my president go?

THE DEMOCRATS' (SECRET) PLAN FOR AMERICA

Of Note: I wish I could take credit for this article but I can't. I came across it somewhere and found it so damn interesting, I felt I must share it.

The Democrats have begun their campaign to frighten voters before the fall elections. It's nothing but a replay of past elections, the only difference being that they seem to be starting the scare tactics a bit early this year. I guess you can't blame them. Nothing else has worked. The tried to hand the Florida election problems on Bush. No go. Then it was the economy, and that didn't work either. They gave a stab at the "Bush is stupid" routine, but Americans aren't buying it. Enron looked worse for Clinton than it did for Republicans, so the Social Democrats had to give up on that one too. So, it's time to go back to Democratic roots. Try to scare the beejezus out of older voters. It's worked in the past -- so it will surely work this time.

The ploy is simple. Convince wrinkled citizens that the evil Republicans want to take away their Social Security. It's an old trick, tried and true. The Democrats roll this one out every single election. This time the point men are Richard Gephardt and Terry McAuliffe. They're both telling voters that the evil Republicans have a "secret" plan to reduce Social Security benefits as soon as they are reelected.

So .. now that the Democrats have opened this whole "secret plan" idea – what about the secret plans of the Democratic Socialists? Just what legislative agenda does the Democrat Party plan to pursue if and when they gain control of the Senate, the House and the presidency? Well, your Talkmaster has been watching these socialists for years, and taking notes. Here are just some of the goodies the Social Democrat Party has in store for the people of America.

Remove a majority of voters from responsibility for income taxes This is the biggie – and they've made no attempt to hide their goals here. The Democrats have been working on this plan for decades --- with no small amount of help from the cowardly Republicans. The idea is simple. Using "refundable" tax credits and deductions and such ideas as the fraudulent Earned Income Tax Credit the Democrats are working to shift the entire burden for the payment of federal income taxes onto a minority of US taxpayers. Right now the top 50 percent of taxpayers pay almost 96 percent of the taxes. The Democrats are close to their goal. When the majority of voters have no federal income tax liability it will be almost impossible to pass any meaningful tax cuts – and further tax increases will be a piece of cake, especially if the taxes only affect those to be considered to be rich. Through this ploy the Democrats plan to create a defeat-proof socialist congress.

Shift Social Security and Medicare Taxes to the "Rich"

Payroll taxes, as you know, are basically Social Security and Medicare taxes. The Democrats have almost achieved their goal of shielding the so-called "poor" from any income tax liability at all. But --- the poor saps still have to pay Social Security and Medicare taxes. Democrats conveniently ignore the fact that these same people will get full Social Security and Medicare benefits when they reach the magic age ... and those benefits must never be touched! It's OK, though, to excuse these people from the responsibility of actually having to pay the premiums for these insurance and retirement benefits. So ..... the next element of the Democrats' Secret Plan! The elimination of payroll taxes for the poor!

This is a plan that was put forth by Democrat Robert Reich on the Cutie-Pie and Holmes show on Fox News Channel on July 31, 2002. The idea is to, as Reich puts it, "lift the tax burden off the poor" by eliminating payroll taxes on the first $15,000 of income. Here's how you do it. The Democrats pass a law which says that nobody has to pay any payroll taxes on the first $15,000 of their income. Bingo -- the poor now have a completely free ride! They are now life-long, dedicated Democratic voters. But wait! Isn't that going to cost the government money? Are you kidding? Of course it's not! It's not going to cost the government money because they're simply going to raise the salary cap for Social Security taxes by enough to cover the lost revenues! Right now the cap is around $88,000 on Social Security taxes. To cover the shortfall Reich says they will just raise the salary cap by $15,000 ... to $103,000 a hear. Reich forgets, though, that there is no cap on Medicare taxes, so raising the cap by $15,000 would not recover the Medicare taxes lost by excluding the first $15,000 in income. In reality the Democrats would have to raise the salary cap by about $19,000. They would just round it off to $20,000.

So, there you go. Shifting the burden for the cost of Social Security and Medicare for low income earners onto high income earners. The Democratic way.

Massive increase in Social Security taxes As we've said, Social Security is a mainstay when it comes to Democrat vote-buying. Social Security was, is and always will be nothing more than a giant income redistribution scheme designed to create dependency on government and loyalty to the program's protectors in congress. The more money you pour into Social Security benefits, the more the wizened class loves you, depends on you and will be dedicated to keeping you in office. The Democrats need massive new funding sources to pay expanded Social Security benefits --- but they must get that money without raising Social Security taxes on the middle and lower income groups. The solution? The Democrats have a "secret plan" to expand the wage base for Social Security taxes. Right now you only pay these taxes on the first $88,000 or so of income. Give the Democrats the power and watch that wage base jump to $100,000, $200,000 and beyond. The eventual Democrat Party goal is to have people pay Social Security taxes on every penny they earn ... no matter how much that is. There will no comparable increase in benefits for the high income earners. The extra money will be used to keep the Democratic middle and low-income constituency happy.

End the home mortgage interest deduction

Democrats have been after this income tax deduction for decades. They call it a "subsidy." Now the more intelligent among us will clearly understand that allowing someone to keep more of the money that they earn can hardly be called a "subsidy." But we're talking about the more intelligent among us. These people aren't likely to be voting for Democrats anyway!

As soon as the Democrats manage to gain control of the federal government they will move to eliminate this "subsidy for the rich." They know that there will be little adverse political fallout. After all -- the mortgage interest deduction is only valuable to people who actually pay income taxes AND who itemize their deductions. Democrats have already succeeded in removing most of their core constituency from the income tax rolls --- so what is there to lose?

When the Democrats ride into power you had better be prepared to kiss that mortgage interest deduction -- and a lot more of your money -- a fond farewell.

Socialized Medicine

They already tried this with Hillary Care. It failed. Democrats aren't discouraged by failure. They just try and try again until they finally get you to swallow the poison pill. There are two basic reasons the Democrats are working so hard for complete government control of this huge segment of our economy. One, of course, is power. Health care comprises about 15% of our national economy. If the government can seize control of this large a segment of our economy a giant step toward a socialist economy will have been achieved. The second reason is control. Think about it. If you control a person's access to healthcare ... you effectively control that person.

Right now the Democrats have had to put their plans for socialized medicine on hold. Those pesky Republicans in the House and the White House are making things tough. Democrats have to be satisfied with just sitting up there in the Beltway blocking any efforts to introduce competition into the medical marketplace.

Democrats live in quaking fear of free market competition. This was one of the reasons they worked so hard to defeat Bush's economic stimulus plan. There was a provision in that plan that would allow laid-off workers to go out into the marketplace to find health insurance. They would then be allowed a tax credit to cover the cost of that health insurance premium. Democrats wanted federal funds to be paid to employers to encourage employers to extend health insurance benefits to laid-off workers. Democrats knew that if private individuals ventured into the free marketplace to find health insurance they might just find that free market competition could deliver a superior insurance product at a reduced price.

Tax your pension funds

This idea first received serious consideration in the early Clintonista years. As soon as the Republicans took control of the Congress the idea disappeared. Right now it's being "secretly" incubated by Democrats to be hatched when they regain control. The idea is simple. There are trillions of dollars out there in various private pension and 401K plans. All of these trillions of dollars are earning interest for (gasp!) private investors and individuals and not for the government! To make matters worse – most of these private pension and 401K plans are owned by the evil, hated upper income earners.

The "secret" plan? A one-time 15% tax on the outstanding balance of all private pension and 401K retirement plans. This money would be paid into the general fund of the federal government and used to fund various social programs for low and middle-income earners.

Is this a dangerous plan for Democrats? Not really. The plan would take money chiefly from those who earn enough money to actually pay income taxes and contribute to pension plans. These people do not make up the core of Democratic voters.

Tax your pension contributions also

After the Democrats levy their 15% tax on the outstanding balance of all pension and 401K plans, they intend to follow up with a tax on all future contributions to these plans. The theory is that "rich" people shouldn't be allowed to contribute that money to these plans tax free when "poor" people don't have that opportunity.

The Magic of Imputed Income

Imputed? What does "imputed" mean?

One definition is to "credit." So, by imputed income, we mean that you are credited with income you didn't necessarily earn.

The goal is clear. Democrats want to milk the high-achievers for as much money as they possibly can. There are really only two ways Democrats can get more income tax out of you. One way is to raise the tax rates. At some point this is going to prove to be politically risky. So, how else can they bleed you for more? Even Democrats who have been to government schools can do simple math. They know they can get more money out of you if that line on your income tax return that reads "taxable income" can be increased. Forty percent of $120,000 is more than 40% of $90,000. All you have to do is impute – credit – more income to the poor taxpaying high-achiever.

So --- here is the idea that the Clinton Administration was tossing around prior to the voter revolution of 1994. They were going to impute – credit – extra income to people who own their own homes. This was going to be done for two reasons. First, to push more people into the higher income brackets where Clinton tax increases could reach them. Second, to increase the amount of taxes actually collected from these people. Here's how Clinton's imputed income scheme was going to work:

Let's say you own a home worth $250,000. Your payments on that home are about $2,000 a month. The government uses census data (there is a reason they ask all of those extra questions) to figure out what a $250,000 home in your neighborhood would rent for. Let's say it would rent for $3000 a month. This means that you could rent your home for $1000 a month more than your payments. But you're not renting your home, you're living in it. You must know that this just isn't fair to people who have to rent homes. They don't get the tax deductions you get. They don't own their own homes because, unlike you, they haven't, as Dickie Gephardt likes to phrase it, "won life's lottery."

Well .. since you're so rich and since you own your own home, the Democrats would really like to get a little more money from you, to spend on those poor renters and people who aren't as "fortunate" as you are. This would all be in exchange of their votes, of course.

So ... here is this element of the Democrats' secret plan for you and your bank account. When you fill out your tax return you will have to consult certain tables and government data to determine what a home like yours would rent for in your neighborhood. Using the example above, your home would rent for $3000. You're paying $2000 a month to your mortgage company. You will be instructed to take the difference ($1000 a month) and multiply it by 12. This gives you $12,000. That's your imputed income. Add that to your other earnings to come up with your taxable income. That adds up to more than $4,500 in additional income taxes if you're in the top tax bracket. Hey, it's only fair ... you being rich and all.

Don't gripe. This is all for those needed government programs for the "less fortunate."

By the way --- you should know that there is an imputed income bill in the Congress. It's about child support, not home mortgages. If you're a deadbeat dad who owes back child support you would, under this law, have to add the amount of your arrearage to your taxable income and pay taxes on it. Fact is, you've already paid taxes on this income once. The bill would just punish you for not forking it over to the ex-wife by making you pay tax on it a second time. Today, child support. Tomorrow, that money you could be making if you would only rent your home instead of live in it.

Economically Targeted Investments -- controlling your pension fund investments

Here we are, right back at your pension funds and 401K funds again. Again --- there is so much money in these funds, trillions of dollars, that the Democrats just can't leave them alone. All of this money just sitting there and not one penny of it is being used to buy votes for Democrats. So --- here comes the idea of Economically Targeted Investments. "ETIs" the Democrats call them, and they're a huge part of the Democrat "secret" agenda. All they need is control in Washington.

Here's the deal. The government grants various tax breaks to these retirement plans. As you know, or as you should know, tax breaks are usually granted to force some individual or corporation to act and behave in some manner pleasing to government. The Democrats plan to change the rules on pension and 401K accounts. Instead of just investing these funds in stocks and bonds, fund managers will be required by the government to invest these funds in certain investments dictated by government -- by Democrats. In this way the governments can fund some of their spending schemes, but without using government funds. The Democrats will simply pass laws requiring fund managers to invest in corporations building low income housing; or companies who are hiring workers off welfare roles. Other "allowed" investments will be in such things as environmental protection, waste recycling and other causes popular with the left. In short order the Democrats will have rules in place which state that these pension funds cannot be invested in companies that are "unfriendly" to unions. To a Democrat ... any company with a non-union workforce is "unfriendly" to unions. Corporations who have affirmative action programs will get the nod. Companies who hire and promote on merit will not.

All of this will mean that the Democrats can claim credit for spending on some of their favorite programs without going to the taxpayers. They can just, in effect, use pension money. The end result, of course, is lower returns on pension fund investments -- and lower pension benefits to retirees. That doesn't bother the Democrats, though. The less money you have to retire on the more dependent on government you will be.

Force employers to pay for "family leave."

Right now the Family Leave Act requires employers to give employees about 12 weeks of unpaid "family leave" to take care of certain family events and emergencies, such as having a baby, illness, death or some other situation. The key here is that the family leave is unpaid. The Democrats want employers to continue to pay the employees while they take their extended vacation. The Democrats "secret" plan is to begin with a law requiring payment of about one-half of the employee's salary. This will give Democratic candidates the opportunity to campaign in future years on the basis of increasing the percentage paid to those on family leave. Paying people for not working --- a Democrat staple.

Seizure of property of those who flee Democratic tyranny As Democrats work diligently for more control over our economy and increase levels of income redistribution many high-achieving Americans are making plans to run. The greater the confiscation of wealth becomes the more people start looking for other countries in which to base their businesses. Democrats have a "secret plan" to impose confiscatory taxes on any Americans who try to move their wealth or their business interests out of this country.

Government paid childcare for majority of voters

The absolute last thing a Democrat would ever do would be to suggest to anyone that they shouldn't have a baby they can't afford to raise. Democrats know that children are the absolute more important thing in the lives of millions of Americans. They have been working for decades to impose ever more expensive rules and regulations on private child care agencies. They have also been working to raise taxes to the point that it is difficult beyond reason to raise a child on the income of one working parent. Thus ... the necessity of child care. If the government steps in and provides the funds for that child care then, to that extent, the parents become just that much more dependent on government ... and Democrats.

Government control of all childhood education (indoctrination) Democrats are the party of big government. Democrats are more than thrilled with the increased propensity of many Americans to look to government for the solution to virtually all problems they face in their daily lives. Democrats know that to teach people that they can expect the government to be there to solve all of their problems you have to start with the children. Catholic schools can be expected to teach their students that Catholicism is good. Jewish private schools are going to sing the praises of Judaism. Christian schools will teach the children that Jesus is really cool. Government schools? Government schools will promote what? Government! Thus, Democrats see a clear need to keep as many children in government education programs as possible. The "secret" plan? Continue to work against any ideas that would make it easier for parents to remove their children from government schools. This means working against such ideas as vouchers or tax credits to help parents afford the cost of private schools. They will also work to add increased regulations to parents who make the decision to home school their children.

Government imposed limits on executive income

This one is really going to have to wait until Democrats have a solid control of the federal machine. The Social Democrat party has plans to institute limits on executive compensation. The idea is to impose confiscatory corporate income taxes on companies who pay their top executives more than X-times the compensation paid to the lowest-paid employees.

Repealing the Second Amendment

Haven't you ever thought it a bit odd that leftists and Democrats are generally opposed to the concept of the private ownership of firearms, while conservatives and libertarians favor the idea? Well, there's a reason. Those who value and celebrate the worth of the individual and of individual freedom generally believe that the individual should be permitted to own and bear arms. Those who put the power of government over and above the power of the individual would just as soon see the individual unarmed. Armed individuals are, of course, a threat to tyranny.

Destroy talk radio

Democrats aren't fond of talk radio. They know that Rush Limbaugh played a huge role in the voter revolution of 1994. Leftists realize that almost all successful talk radio shows are hosted by people who do not share their political views. They will try to neutralize talk radio through regulation. Since Democrats love the "fair" word so much, they'll try to resurrect something called the "Fairness Doctrine." How would this law work? Well, for example, a talk show host would not be allowed to voice opposition to a particular Democrat goal without finding some Democrat to go on the air to defend that goal. Talk radio soared in listenership and popularity following the death of the Fairness Doctrine. Democrats know that talk radio can once again be pushed into the radio background with new regulations that stifle conservative and libertarian voices. Give them the power -- and it's time for me to retire. You should be aware that at a recent meeting of the Democratic Party of Oregon a resolution was adopted to use the power of government and the "fairness doctrine" to reign in those horrible right wing talk show hosts.

Yes indeedy....Michael Schiavo now says he wants an autopsy done on his wife after she expires to show the world the extent of her brain damage. How nice. BUT...that is the only part of the autopsy he is authorizing. No investigation into the body tissue and such for further evidence of what may have caused her collapse. Nope. Not that. Hell, then the world just might learn the real truth!!

Until Death Do Us Part...OR UNTIL THE STATE KILLS YOU!

There is so, so much wrong with the case of Terri Schindler Schiavo that my ex-Legal background almost doesn’t know where to begin. However, every story must have a beginning and there is so much mis-information flying around that the beginning to this story, I fear, has been lost. Let’s do a quick overview of what we know.

We are told Terri’s heart stopped in 1990 due to her eating disorder and ended up in a persistent vegetative state (PVS). Three years later, her husband, Michael stopped her speech and physical therapy. Seven years into Terri’s ordeal and after Michael lost a 20 million dollar lawsuit (he got only a million) suddenly Michael says his wife told him she never wanted to be kept alive in a vegetative state. Let’s see…no mention of this for seven years! Doctors also discover within this timeframe that Terri suffers from any broken bones.

As more time passes, Michael and Terri’s family become estranged. Michael, now with another woman and has children by her, still won’t divorce Terri. Why? As usual, one should follow the money. Oh, but wait…we can’t follow the money because Michael has had the finances of this case sealed per Cour order. Very convenient.

Now Michael states, he wants the feeding tube removed, no autopsy performed and wants her cremated. Why? She was a practicing Catholic and I can guarantee you that is not something she would ask for. My suspicious mind leads me to believe Michael has something he doesn’t want known

In recap…he stops her therapy when she seems to be responding to it…he wants no autopsy after the State kills her…then he wants her cremated. All the makings of a great murder mystery!

So that is where we are today. But the story is now bigger than Terri. It's about State sponsored Euthanasia. Oh yes, the media tells us this is what she wanted. Hello? This is what Michael “says” she wanted. AND says it six years later!

The media tells us she is dying a painless death. Really? So why is she being administered morphine? The media tells us she has the right to die with dignity. Really? Starving and thirsting her to death is “dignified”!!? Please!! As I have said before, this is really about what the Media is NOT telling you...State sponsored Euthanasia and the precedent it will set going forward!

Did you know it is a matter of court record that Terri was planning on leaving Michael?

Did you know that upon the arrival of the paramedics, they were suspicious and called the police and they logged this case as homocide initially?

Did you know Terri had a nurse who made a sworn statement that Michael injected Terri with insulin that could have resulted in a hasten death. Fortunately, the nurse took action to reverse the injection…but guess what….she was FIRED when she reported this to the proper authorities.

Michael’s lawyer tells us that Michael is a caring and loving guardian (notice no one calls him her husband). If Michael is so loving and caring then why wasn’t he by Terri’s side when the feeding tube was removed?. Doesn’t sound very caring and loving to me to at least say goodbye to your wife. Oh but I forget, Michael already has another woman and kids he loves now so with Terri, I guess it’s the insurance money he loves.

I also cannot help but wonder if he feared what Terri might say about the night of her collapse if therapy had worked and she were able to speak again. After all, like I say, he did stop the therapy when it appeared she was responding. AND, he won’t divorce her so the parents become the guardians. Questions…questions…questions. No answers.

Maybe he doesn’t want to answer questions like the below from the renounced Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden during an interview with Greta Van Sustern of Fox News:

Baden had now seen a 1991 bone-scan report that cast considerable doubt on a claim in Michael Schiavo's successful medical malpractice suit, that Terri's brain injury was caused by a potassium imbalance that led to a heart attack depriving her brain of oxygen.

Dr. Baden, who has written three books on forensic pathology, told Van Susteren: "It's extremely rare for a 20-year-old to have a cardiac arrest from low potassium who has no other diseases . . . which she doesn't have. . . . The reason that she's in the state she's in is because there was a period of time, maybe five or eight minutes, when not enough oxygen was going to her brain. That can happen because the heart stops for five or eight minutes, but she had a healthy heart from what we can see." (Emphasis added).

Dr. Baden then addressed the 1991 bone-scan report on Terri Schiavo, which was completed on March 5 of that year by Dr. W. Campbell Walker in order to "evaluate for trauma" that may have been caused by a suspected "closed head injury." In the report, Walker wrote:
"This patient has a history of trauma. The presumption is that the other multiple areas of trauma also relate to previous trauma." (Emphasis added).

Here we get to what focused Dr. Baden's attention. On cnsnews.com, Jeff Johnson reported, "Walker listed apparent injuries to the ribs, thoracic vertebrae, both sacroiliac joints, both ankles and both knees."

But, Baden continued, the bone scan "does show evidence that there are other injuries, other bone fractures that are in a healing stage [in 1991]." Those injuries could have happened, Baden continued, from "some kind of trauma. The trauma could be from an auto accident, the trauma could be from a fall, or the trauma could be from some kind of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It's something that should have been investigated in 1991. . . and maybe [it was] by police at that time." (Emphasis added).

But there was never a police investigaton!

So…by now I hope you get the point. SOMETHING IS WRONG IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!!! What you are being told via the media is a calculated mis-information campaign to further their agenda of State sponsored Euthanasia. Thus, in the future, the State will determine who should live and who should die based upon certain handicaps or start of beings.

The hypocrisy of the the National Organization of Women is apparent. Where is their outrage? The hypocrisy of those who do not believe in the death penalty for the most heinous of criminals are okay with torturing Terri to death?! Where is their outrage? Where is their candlelight vigil they hold for criminals put to death?

And to Michael's moron lawyer who says he has never seen Terri look so peaceful, I say LIAR!!! Look at the picture of Terri!! Anyone who has seen someone starve to death knows they don't look "peaceful".

Yes, my friends, something has gone terribly wrong here but then again this is Florida. They don't know how to vote...they gave us Janet Reno who manage to kill a bunch of women and children in Waco, Texas and in Ruby Ridge and now this state give us Euthanasia. If it weren't so sad, I would say this has to be some kind of a joke. But atlas, it's not. It's real, it's deadly and it's a political agenda advanced by the Florida Judiciary. Leave your comment as I seem to be a minority on this issue.

The Great American Lie

It’s raining. What is it about a good rain storm that makes one think about scams. Especially here in San Diego where rain is such a rare commodity, at least for me, my mind doesn’t drift to scams that often. Maybe rain makes only me think about scams but for whatever reason, today my mind is on scams.

Maybe it’s the slogan ‘War on Terrorism’ and then the leaving of our southern border (San Diego and Mexico) totally wide open that has me thinking scam. Maybe it’s the Democratic controlled California State government who tells us buy small death trap cars that are great for the environment and good for using less gas then say we have to tax you now by the mile you use your car so we can save the environment…scam. Maybe it’s the new Mafia…the Dons of American business aka CEO’s and their shameful annual income for performance they would fire their employees for that has me thinking ….scam. No matter….it’s in my head and it’s called Social Security Insurance (aka SSI) which you know only as Social Security or retirement.

President Roosevelt was adamant that Social Security was an insurance program to provide “basic needs” in retirement. Today we talk about social security like it is our actual retirement program. I have personal experience with this lie, scam, sham. My father paid into SSI all his life probably to the tune of 10’s of thousands of dollars. At 59, he became terminally ill and couldn’t work any longer. He applied for “his” SSI and received $667 per month (about 18K) for two years and then he died. My mother had died in a car accident when she was 49 years old so never did see nor any surviving spouse see a dime of “her” social security insurance money the government stoled ..er..taxed month after month.

Dad’s 700 bucks wasn’t much of a “Retirement”. Seven hundred bucks. He ended up living with me and my wife and even then the 700 bucks barely got him by in Hawaii. Roosevelt called it “Insurance” which meant money added to what YOU saved for your OWN retirement. Today, many Americans don’t save and think Social Security IS their retirement. News Flash: Wrong! It ain’t there. Government has been stealing your money since 1940. Don’t believe me? Then ask this: Look at your check. How much SSI are you paying a month? How many Americans are paying a month? Now take all the money per month and times it since 1934 or so and ask yourself….if this money has been put in a locked box drawing interest, how could we possibly be talking about Social Security going broke? How could those words be in the same sentence?

The answer is obvious. They, the Government (Democrats AND Republicans), stoled your money. Pure and simple. They scammed you. Oh they got a nice social security plan…all Federal employees do. But not you. Nope. Too dangerous your told. Too reckless they spew forth on talking head shows. Too this…too that. I say….to hell with you!!

But like I said in a below blog, today we have a President (love him or hate him, it doesn’t matter) who believes in action rather than rhetoric and he has taken on the third rail. He has put forth the unimaginable. Let US take back part of the money the government has been stealing and let US invest it in mutual funds over the course of 20-30 years for part of OUR retirement plan. Any one who understands economics 101 knows that you cannot go wrong despite the predicted doom and gloom of the politicians (who have their plan). Hell, this is the only real partisan issue in Washington…steal the American public’’S money!!! They know that if the sheeple of America found out that over the course of 20 to 30 years they would get a rate of return approximately 6 percent vice the 1 to 2 percent from Social Security, then there goes their American pie!! Wasn’t there a song written about that?

Don’t believe me, right? Jennings, the Canuck…Williams the Broker wanna be…Dan Blather the Liar….all have told you that what Bush wants to do is bad, bad, bad. So…go ahead and believe them. After all, you have believed their lies for many, many years.

In the late 1970's it was becoming clear that Social Security was in financial trouble and that Congress was not dealing with it. What was less known was that local governments had an option to withdraw from Social Security and set up their own retirement programs. The Social Security Administration did require, however, a two-year notification prior to withdrawal. Galveston County submitted notification in 1979 using the ensuing two years to develop an alternative that would cover all county employees.

The Commissioners Court wanted a plan that had the exact, or better, benefits as Social Security at the same cost to the county and the employees. The Alternate Plan developed comprised a life insurance element for employees which would protect families of deceased employees, a disability insurance element as good as Social Security, and a retirement element with annuities purchased from major life insurance companies.

A calculated decision was made not to invest in the stock market, even though retirement income would have been higher if that had been done, probably twice as much. Nevertheless, retirement income for employees with 20 to 40 years of service is calculated to be two to five times the retirement income of Social Security. Disability insurance pays 60% of salary up to $5,000 per month and life insurance is three times annual salary up to $50,000 per year, i.e., a total of $150,000.

There was, of course, no guarantee this plan would be as successful as designed; and there was considerable opposition from labor unions, minorities and other traditional supporters, including many elected officials. Social Security representatives debated the plan in the employee meetings. By then a majority of the Commissioners Court were strongly supportive of the Alternate Plan. An election for all county employees was scheduled. The election carried by about three to one in favor of the Alternate Plan and the Commissioners Court voted four to one to implement it on Jan. 1, 1981.

The Alternate Plan has been successful for the past 18 years with a return on retirement investments of about 6-1/2%. That is at least three times the return on a like investment in Social Security right now. Even though the return from a stock market investment would have significantly increased the actual return, there was much less risk potential in buying annuities with guaranteed returns. Furthermore, the investments in life insurance annuities are the same for all employees and are handled by an outside company that was chosen through a bid process. There is no need for each employee to be an expert in investments and there is no chance one employee will lose everything and others will make a mint.

Those who criticize Social Security privatization because of the stock market ups and downs or the lack of investment knowledge of many employees have not done their homework or they would be aware of what has been done in Galveston County. Each employee has an individual retirement account which is available upon retirement or is owned by their families if the county employee/retiree dies. In addition the families also receive life insurance.

So there you have it, the truth. A fact. A tangible plan that privitized social security and worked. Not the hype, not the knee-jerking, not lies, not the partisan bullshit. The plain truth and the plain truth is the Government is stealing your money every month and spending it on social programs and finally someone wants to fix it and what do we get? Politicians screaming foul!! Hell, I heard Julian Bond of NAACP say that this idea is bad for blacks because they die younger than whites. WHAT??? Then blacks certainly won’t see a dime of their stolen money either (just like when my mother died) so how in the hell is this plan worst for blacks?! You should be wondering why all these people are screaming NO. What is it they are hiding? What is it they will lose? The answer is obvious. Follow the money!!

Sold Again

So already it is February 2005. And once again my company has been sold. SBC has bought it's old and aging parent AT&T. For me, this is four companies I have worked for in 9 years and I have never moved my desk. Amazing.

Well...the merger wont happen until sometime in 2006 so alot can happen along the way. Guess I just fasten my seatbelt yet again and enjoy the ride.

The Beginning of the End (to the Middle East Sewer)

I just listened to the President's State of the Union. All I can say is...WOW! As I stated in my other blogs...he is a man of action, not rhetoric. As I also stated, for 30 years I heard politicians talk about 'Peace in the Middle East" but did nothing to really make it occur.

Did you watch Bush's speech??? Did you see the Iraq woman who finally voted after her father was brutally murdered by Hussein hug the American woman whose son died in Iraq for that vote to occur?!! That should be a photo seen around the world! But will the press show that? Naw. But that's for another blog...another day.

"The Times They Are A Changing". Bob Dylan could not have been more right! History is being written! Wake up and observe. Wake up and understand what is happening! Iran's people have been told...you revolt against the moron Allahtoyah's or Mullah Monkeys and we, the Americans will be there to support. We told Syria...knock off your crap or guess what...you're next!!!

Indeed...history is being written and our sons and daughters will thank us for it!

Course I would be remiss if I didnt mention watching the Dems response. What did I hear? Doom and gloom...national debt is Bush fault...hmmmm..40 years of Dem control of congress and of spending and suddenly the national debt is Bush's fault. Only fools or the uninformed would even begin to swallow that nonsense.

Oh and you gotta love the Dems protest against changing Social Security...they dont tell you that what Bush is proposing is pretty much what they already have in place. Didnt know that? Oh yeah...Congress has a DIFFERENT social security program than us. And any moron can put a part of their Social Security dollars into a mutual fund and after 20 years will have some good money...much more than the lame 1 or 2 percent you get today from the Government. Oh yeah, why are they so against this reform? Because they have been stealing from Social Security for years!! Under the reform...that will end. But that, too, is for another blog....another day.

I get so damn sick and tired of taxes here and taxes there that I feel like starting another revolution. What's got my goat today is I bought a new monitor (very sweet LCD 20" at that) and I was charged an additional eight bucks for disposal fee.

What the hell? So can someone tell me the purpose of this additional charge since when I go to the dump, they charge me 20 bucks there! This is just yet another hidden tax by California. Let's see..we have local taxes...state taxes...federal taxes...sales tax...computer monitor disposal fee (tax)...gas tax...social security insurance tax...property tax...school tax...and have you even bothered to look at your phone bill, water bill and trash bill to see all the hidden fees (taxes) that are listed on there? As example, I pay property tax yet on my water bill there are six more property fees I pay. What the hell is that for? You know what, they cant tell me either cause they dont know.

I'm sick of this crap! I'm amazed I actually have money left over to do anything more than take my wife and son to McDonalds to eat as that is about all I can afford. And, hell...even that is getting expensive.

STOP THE TAX MADNESS! Remember the movie Network Network? I AM MAD AS HELL AND I AM NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!! That is my new mantra!

Every American should be screaming this!! But like nice sheeple, they wont. This is why we are where we are. Americans just shrug and say ..what can I do? ...its always been like that....you can't fight city hall. (My favorite bullshit line).

The Window of History

The old adage..."history repeats itself but with a different set of characters" is true. Good example...World War I...then World War II...another example...Viet Nam .. now Iraq (same tactics being used in Iraq that were used in Vietnam).

Also true in history is that she will always open her window of opportunity but she will also close it tight and fast if action is not taken. Example...Hitler. The world had the opportunity to stop him but didnt. In fact...America was indifferent even after all of Europe was aflame. Fifty percent said stay out of it...Fifty percent said we have to get involved (sound familiar?). Well....we didnt get involved early enough and the rest is history.

So with that said...think about this: We knew Saddam Hussein had WMD as I have said. We also knew he was madman. He had invaded Iran, Iraq ...gassed Kurds..women, children and men. Any forward thinking person would also know if this freak wasnt taken down, we would rue the day.

For 30 years, I heard about Peace in the Middle East and somehow this has always been equated to Palestinians and Jews. Yet Iraq was paying 25K to anyone's family who would become a homocide bomber; Iran is supplying Hamas and the numerous other freakish named groups weapons....so how in the hell will you ever get peace in the Middle East if you dont address the real problem! The answer is...you dont. As I said, for 30 years the fashionable peace in the Middle East talks between the now dead (good riddance) Arafat and the many Jewish leaders continued ad naseum. Results? More dead women and children on both sides of the fence. Why? Putting a bandaid on an a cut artery.

Now, along comes a President who doesnt believe in bandaids but rather real surgery. He knows history and her window. He knows her window is open since 9/11 occurred. He also knows everyone else knows Saddam Hussein is seeking Nukes and it is only a matter of time before he gets them. Remember, he almost had them in the 80's but Isarel took out his reactors.

So..knowing all of this what does one do? Ignore it like we did in WWII? What was that outcome....50 million dead, 6 million Jews exterminated.....suffering beyond comprehension. Ignoring this current madman could result in a nuclear war in a matter of five years at the latest.

As President, you also know you cant go to the American people and get them to understand this. Hell, we are a microwave society. You think Joe six pack thinks about 5 years out? I mean prior to 9/11...did Joe six pack believe we could be attacked on our soil? Did anyone? Hell no!

But as President you know he has WMD and you know that Joe Six pack can understand that. So history opens her window. Sell it now as a WMD threat and take this madman out or do nothing and let History close her window face nuclear war within five years. Choices, choices....hmmmm.... I'll go with taking the madman out now.

Some call this American Imperialism. Some call this the Bush Doctrine. Some say we never had a first strike foreign policy. I say this: We never faced the threat we face today so call it what you want. I call it forward thinking and when our children are grown and there is still some semblance of peace in the world. Then, maybe, they will thank our generation for having the guts to perform surgery when needed!

I was gun-ho for the war in Iraq. And for good reason obviously. No, I never fully bought the WMD reason. Of course Iraq had WMD...jesus...we GAVE it to him to fight Iran back in the 80's!! No, rather I knew history had opened her window and if Hussein wasnt taken down now, within 5 years we would be dealing with a nuclear problem. One much more serious than North Korea...one where this manic would not even blink about lobbing a nuke at Israel or Kuwait or Saudi...hell if he had the range..even at London. Hussein was a madman that no political leader prior was willing to deal with in finality. Until George W Bush.

Hate or love him...I dont care. The point is, he did what no other political leader (either Republican or Democrat) would do before...take out a madman. Tonight (Iraq's today) as I watched millions of Iraqi's go to the polls to vote, AND go to vote under threat of death, I now understand why our Soldiers died. I throw up a prayer to them and thank them...they may have changed the world and we dont even know it yet.

You, too, might throw up a thank you to the Soliders who died so those of us here today saw History march forward in a positive way.

Iraq Voting

So Iraq elections are underway. All the naysayers aside...it seems to be going well all things considered. I see this going two ways...one is alot of voting occurs and the naysayers will spin this to be somehow a bad thing or voting is less than expected by whomever and the naysayers are giddly and say ... see...didnt we tell you?

Either way...the naysayers are always naysayers so dont listen to them. If you are paying attention to what is going on in your world, then you are living through history. History that will be in your children's and grandchildren's books. By the way, you already did live through history when Afghanistan went to the polls but the American Media didnt report it because they want you to stay dumb.

So...stop listening to the so-called TV news, get online and read. Form your own damn opinion rather than having the American Media tell you what to think. Grow up.
