Until Death Do Us Part...OR UNTIL THE STATE KILLS YOU!

There is so, so much wrong with the case of Terri Schindler Schiavo that my ex-Legal background almost doesn’t know where to begin. However, every story must have a beginning and there is so much mis-information flying around that the beginning to this story, I fear, has been lost. Let’s do a quick overview of what we know.

We are told Terri’s heart stopped in 1990 due to her eating disorder and ended up in a persistent vegetative state (PVS). Three years later, her husband, Michael stopped her speech and physical therapy. Seven years into Terri’s ordeal and after Michael lost a 20 million dollar lawsuit (he got only a million) suddenly Michael says his wife told him she never wanted to be kept alive in a vegetative state. Let’s see…no mention of this for seven years! Doctors also discover within this timeframe that Terri suffers from any broken bones.

As more time passes, Michael and Terri’s family become estranged. Michael, now with another woman and has children by her, still won’t divorce Terri. Why? As usual, one should follow the money. Oh, but wait…we can’t follow the money because Michael has had the finances of this case sealed per Cour order. Very convenient.

Now Michael states, he wants the feeding tube removed, no autopsy performed and wants her cremated. Why? She was a practicing Catholic and I can guarantee you that is not something she would ask for. My suspicious mind leads me to believe Michael has something he doesn’t want known

In recap…he stops her therapy when she seems to be responding to it…he wants no autopsy after the State kills her…then he wants her cremated. All the makings of a great murder mystery!

So that is where we are today. But the story is now bigger than Terri. It's about State sponsored Euthanasia. Oh yes, the media tells us this is what she wanted. Hello? This is what Michael “says” she wanted. AND says it six years later!

The media tells us she is dying a painless death. Really? So why is she being administered morphine? The media tells us she has the right to die with dignity. Really? Starving and thirsting her to death is “dignified”!!? Please!! As I have said before, this is really about what the Media is NOT telling you...State sponsored Euthanasia and the precedent it will set going forward!

Did you know it is a matter of court record that Terri was planning on leaving Michael?

Did you know that upon the arrival of the paramedics, they were suspicious and called the police and they logged this case as homocide initially?

Did you know Terri had a nurse who made a sworn statement that Michael injected Terri with insulin that could have resulted in a hasten death. Fortunately, the nurse took action to reverse the injection…but guess what….she was FIRED when she reported this to the proper authorities.

Michael’s lawyer tells us that Michael is a caring and loving guardian (notice no one calls him her husband). If Michael is so loving and caring then why wasn’t he by Terri’s side when the feeding tube was removed?. Doesn’t sound very caring and loving to me to at least say goodbye to your wife. Oh but I forget, Michael already has another woman and kids he loves now so with Terri, I guess it’s the insurance money he loves.

I also cannot help but wonder if he feared what Terri might say about the night of her collapse if therapy had worked and she were able to speak again. After all, like I say, he did stop the therapy when it appeared she was responding. AND, he won’t divorce her so the parents become the guardians. Questions…questions…questions. No answers.

Maybe he doesn’t want to answer questions like the below from the renounced Forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden during an interview with Greta Van Sustern of Fox News:

Baden had now seen a 1991 bone-scan report that cast considerable doubt on a claim in Michael Schiavo's successful medical malpractice suit, that Terri's brain injury was caused by a potassium imbalance that led to a heart attack depriving her brain of oxygen.

Dr. Baden, who has written three books on forensic pathology, told Van Susteren: "It's extremely rare for a 20-year-old to have a cardiac arrest from low potassium who has no other diseases . . . which she doesn't have. . . . The reason that she's in the state she's in is because there was a period of time, maybe five or eight minutes, when not enough oxygen was going to her brain. That can happen because the heart stops for five or eight minutes, but she had a healthy heart from what we can see." (Emphasis added).

Dr. Baden then addressed the 1991 bone-scan report on Terri Schiavo, which was completed on March 5 of that year by Dr. W. Campbell Walker in order to "evaluate for trauma" that may have been caused by a suspected "closed head injury." In the report, Walker wrote:
"This patient has a history of trauma. The presumption is that the other multiple areas of trauma also relate to previous trauma." (Emphasis added).

Here we get to what focused Dr. Baden's attention. On cnsnews.com, Jeff Johnson reported, "Walker listed apparent injuries to the ribs, thoracic vertebrae, both sacroiliac joints, both ankles and both knees."

But, Baden continued, the bone scan "does show evidence that there are other injuries, other bone fractures that are in a healing stage [in 1991]." Those injuries could have happened, Baden continued, from "some kind of trauma. The trauma could be from an auto accident, the trauma could be from a fall, or the trauma could be from some kind of beating that she obtained from somebody somewhere. It's something that should have been investigated in 1991. . . and maybe [it was] by police at that time." (Emphasis added).

But there was never a police investigaton!

So…by now I hope you get the point. SOMETHING IS WRONG IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE!!! What you are being told via the media is a calculated mis-information campaign to further their agenda of State sponsored Euthanasia. Thus, in the future, the State will determine who should live and who should die based upon certain handicaps or start of beings.

The hypocrisy of the the National Organization of Women is apparent. Where is their outrage? The hypocrisy of those who do not believe in the death penalty for the most heinous of criminals are okay with torturing Terri to death?! Where is their outrage? Where is their candlelight vigil they hold for criminals put to death?

And to Michael's moron lawyer who says he has never seen Terri look so peaceful, I say LIAR!!! Look at the picture of Terri!! Anyone who has seen someone starve to death knows they don't look "peaceful".

Yes, my friends, something has gone terribly wrong here but then again this is Florida. They don't know how to vote...they gave us Janet Reno who manage to kill a bunch of women and children in Waco, Texas and in Ruby Ridge and now this state give us Euthanasia. If it weren't so sad, I would say this has to be some kind of a joke. But atlas, it's not. It's real, it's deadly and it's a political agenda advanced by the Florida Judiciary. Leave your comment as I seem to be a minority on this issue.
